On Risk Taking (and Michelangelo)

I’m in Reno as I make this posting. A pretty good place to talk about risk taking. These two quotes, both involving the great Michelangelo (one about him; one by him), shed some light on the necessity at times to take healthy risk.

 James Sutton, Psychologist

If no one every took risks, Michelangelo

would have painted on the Sistine floor.

–Neil Simon

  1. but what happens when you do take the risks and the results is a visit to the hospital with a bill from landing on the floor in a twisted mess?

Do you dust yourself off and start all over again?

    Or ?!
